Not letting me sign in after doing a Jotform

    I am trying to submit a jotform and it keep saying contact web user

    It may be because of cache or login attempts. Could you kindly try to clear your browser's cache and cookies? In the meantime, I have flushed your login attempts.

    If you are using Facebook or Google to log in, kindly try to use your password instead. You may reset a password reset link if you have forgotten your password.

Could it be that you are referring to another account? May we ask that you share with us the username of the account you are trying to access and/or the link to any form that is under that account, please?
