How to create a check list that shows quantaties

Could you please tell me how to create a customer list showing the product and the quantity remaining of that product? I've seen a list that does this and if the quantity is zero it automatically draws a line through the item to prevent a customer from clicking on it.

You can avoid overselling your products or overbooking your events using our free Inventory widget! Add it to your online form, enter the number of items you have in stock, and automatically block users from selecting the option once stock has run out.

• Open your form, or create a new form, and add the Inventory widget

• Set Available Quantity
