I cannot see newly created fields in my dropdown for zapier

If I create new fields, and then want to add this to the zap, it is not showing in the drop down box. I refresh the fields

Please Note I had to create the form for all the fields to be shown to customise the Zap

I just tried making a zap then halfway in completing it, I added a field on my JotForm and made a test submission.

When I went back to my zap and refreshed the fields, the new field along with its data was shown properly.

It could be that your zap was stuck on cache, in which case, you can reconnect your JotForm account or recreate the zap instead of creating a new form.

Since you mentioned you have already created a new form to see the field in your zap, can you please confirm if you still require assistance?

If yes, please share some screenshots and provide additional information on the issue.

I had to recreate the form and also the Zap. Only than zap showed all the fields. But if I add a new field that is not listed in the dropdown.

You may try selecting another form then select back your original form so that Zapier resets the cache and reloads all the fields back.
