Trouble logging in Jotform Healthcare App

    Im having issues with accessing my forms through the Jotform Healthcare App, Ive attached the error I'm seeing after logging into the app. It appears during the HIPPA activation section (my account is at silver level, which should have HIPPA enabled). Also, will there be a option to login using Google account from the login screen of the app?

    Please let me know how this can be resolved.

    I checked your account, and as per checking, it is indeed having a Silver plan but you have not upgraded to HIPAA Compliance.

    On the other hand, unfortunately, Google sign-in is not allowed in HIPAA accounts. Once you run the upgrade wizard, you will be asked to update your password which you can then use when logging in to the app.
