If I choose striploin 2pcs, there will be 4 weight options, how can the customer select specific volume they prefer? and the calculation will base on their weight to get sum up total.
For delivery charge, how can i set if the total invoice amount exceed $800, then $80 delivery charge will not be applied, vice versa?Another form (https://form.jotform.com/Rosedaleruby/BeefOrder)
For option of "*Chilled* Osso Bucco 牛小膝 ($140/KG)), the wordings in sub label might be too much so it will be reflected in 2 lines, can we enlarge the spacing of sub label so only 1 line is showing?

Firstly remove the price from the payment settings:
After that open the weight option on the payment field:
Then enable the special pricing options:
Here is a demo form for your reference: https://form.jotform.com/210382469006957
Would this work out as per your requirement? If yes, you may clone this form into your account and check: https://www.jotform.com/help/42-how-to-clone-an-existing-form-from-a-url
I have moved your second query to a new ticket link: https://www.jotform.com/answers/2881693

Thanks, instead of manual action, any way to remove particular weight option that customer has placed an order, let's say 1kg option, then it will be disappeared, not allow another customer to select it?

Hi,
If I have correctly understood your request, you wish to increase the available quantity of your product.
If so, please go to your Inventory Widget Settings> General, insert an Available Quantity and click on Update Widget:
Hope this would help.
If you refer to something different or for further requests, please let us know.
Thanks. -

Your understand is incorrect.
For example, customer A choose option "1kg" and submit the order, then when customer B look into options of striploin, then "1kg" option will not be allowed to choose or disappeared.

Hi,
I have tried to reproduce the issue on the form(210349224414043), however, I was successfully able to submit "1KG striploin" multiple times/different customers. You may also able to see the responses I have tested on your form on the submissions page.
Guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/269-how-to-view-form-submissions
Can you please try again in a different browser or incognito mode? Also, let us know if the issue still persists.
We would be glad to assist you.

Hello,
Why all CS interpret my question incorrect...
For example:
First, Customer A choose option "1kg" and submit the order,
Second, Customer B look into options of striploin
My request is "1kg" option will not be allowed to choose or option unavailable since 1kg option is taken already by customer A
Clear?

Hi there,
Let me clarify what you wish to do. You'd like that once the item gets selected and then purchased, you wish for the item to be automatically removed from the list, correct?
If so, I'm afraid that it is not possible with the Product Field.
Have look at our Gift Registry Widget to see if it will fit your needs:
Related guide: How-to-Add-a-Widget-to-your-Form
You can then manually perform a calculation based on the option selected by the user and pass the calculation results to a Payment Field/
Guide: how-to-pass-a-calculation-to-a-payment-field
You can check and clone my demo form for your reference:

I hope this helps. Let us know if you have further questions.

Above understanding is correct, not necessary to remove that option, but hide/not available for selection.
The gift registry widget can work, but i cannot put any pictures beside the gift name=.=

Hi there,
The above understanding is correct, not necessary to remove that option, but hide/not available for selection.
Unfortunately, it is not possible in the product list. All the products will remain visible.
The gift registry widget can work, but I cannot put any pictures besides the gift name=.=
I've checked the widget and unfortunately, an image can not be added to the gift registry widget.
Thanks
