Problem with collaborators on my jotform

Dear,
we have a problem with our form on your website. When somebody is putting in the table a new information, after refresh, the information that was entered by any one of the collaborators disappear. What could be the problem?

I was able to see my collaborator entering information, I also saw what he entered, but when he refreshed the page, it just disappeared. I am sending you a photo where it is clearly showed that he entered "test" article, but after the refresh of the page from his side, everything disappeared.

Hello.
We figured it out. It was problem that our table was sorted by date. For entered fields that didnt have date field filled out, it just didnt show that coloumns. As soon as we entered date, it showed those columns and when we sorted columns by name, it showed all of them. :)
