unable to change text color when filling in my form

The text is white when entering address to my form. I find it difficult to change the color to black. Can you please change it for me? Thank you

I've applied the necessary changes in your form to make the input text black.

Also, can you please make the form look smaller? It is a bit too narrow.

I'm not sure how smaller you want your form, but please take note that you can change the width of your form from the form designer.
