Problem in Jot for accessibility

we have already paid 5 dollars towards the upgradation fees. However it is showing that we have viewed 2154 against 1000.

However we have not done 2154 views. Please Clarify how it is working.

I did check your account, and it does seem you have exceeded the number of times your forms can be viewed. If your form is embedded on a website, please take note that each time someone loads your page the form would load and that would be count as a form view.
