Password update query

    Hi Guys

    Have just run a Lost Password process, changed the password to be able to access my account, but the Password recorded in Settings is a 5-character thing which I didn't set up, cannot see and has not been updated by the Lost Password process.

    Next time I try and log in I therefore expect my password won't be recognized and I may have to go through the whole Lost Password thing again


    How do we resolve this

    Hello Tim,

    I think you are referring to the default password when you created your account, and the system generates a default password. You can try to reset your password through the 'Forgot Password" link and by using your username or account email:
