    Hi Jotform,


    Please can you cancel our subscription with yourselves. We no longer have access to log in details and are reviewing all subscriptions. We will re-subscribe if we need your services still and create a new account.

    Please reply to let us know how to go forward.

    Hello Patrick,

    I believe you are referring to the account Lange_Ansgar. I've canceled the subscription for you. The account will be downgraded to the free plan on March 08, 2021, which is the expiry of its last payment.
