Can I get a receipt for the Silver Plan that I just purchased?

    I'm having a hard time understanding if I'm suppose to log in each time I go in since we purchased the Silver Plan. It seems like I keep going to a sight that is just generic and not with the Hipaa form, etc. that was purchased. Could you help me out as to the steps to be taken to get into my actual purchased account?

    I checked and your account smiles161 is free. When I checked your domain, I found the account ykorthospotify, which has a Silver yearly subscription. It seems that you are logging into the wrong account. The email address of the account ykorthospotify is yk**********fy@g***l.com

    You can log in with the username or email address. If you forgot the password, you can reset it.

    Once you log in, you can find your invoice on the Billing page.
