Smart PDF Form Submissions are Blank

    Hello,

    My Smart PDF form is not functioning. I have tried multiple tests and when I download the smart PDF, the PDF is blank. When I go to the Inbox, the submissions have no data.

    I was not able to replicate the issue with the URL you have. I could clone the form and fill it.

    Just to clarify your concern, are you stuck in the process of downloading the PDF when the screen says "this might take a while"? Or it is right after uploading that you don't see the digital version of your PDF?
