What is ISO 8601 Time Format?

1. What should this be: Time FormatISO 8601 – YMD
2. Where it says privacy, where it says: “Require log-in to see submissions.” is it possible to allocate a unique password for each submission or may allocate a code to each submission? If not how is the password generated?
3. What is a: Bounce list?
4. What will it mean if we select the following: “White label Jotform” also, how much extra do we need to pay a month for this?
