How do I direct the last version of the form to email

I have 3 versions of a survey. How do I direct the last version to email. and remove the others and a uploaded version from my library?

I'm sorry, but I want to clarify if you are referring to the original PDF document that was uploaded in the form builder. If so, you only need to update it, and that's it. You do not need to republish the form in this case.

Also, the PDF document that was connected/uploaded in the form seems to be from a JotForm form. There's no need to do this if you only want to send a PDF copy of the submission to your users. We have a PDF editor where you can create a PDF document as a copy of the submission. This can be attached to the notification emails.
