Apologies for the inconvenience, we have recently received reports from our developers that there was some backend issue and that they have fixed it.
Do as of right now, do you still experience the issue?

I am experiencing this issue too. I am utilizing Jotform for COVID vaccines so I need this fixed ASAP! What do I need to do? I have submitted a ticket and a tweet, but no response
