We have been having reoccurring issues trying to log in jotforms

    My name is Krista. The pregnancy center I work at has been having a lot of issues lately trying to log into jotforms. We do have an account with jotforms and lately, after I log in I get a message stating "Temporarily Back End Unavailable". We even had this message display for a client who had finished her electronic paperwork and submitted it. After she hit submit it displayed the same messaging and we were unable to receive her paperwork. This is a pressing matter. We need our client's paperwork before they arrive to their appointment and we need this issue resolved so that we don't continue having this "Unavailable" messaging.

    We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. We had an unexpected and extraordinary load that caused the issue. Our backend team has already fixed the issue and the forms should be working fine. Please check again and let us know if you still notice any further issue. We will be happy to take a look again.
