I'm getting submissions without any data. Also some problems with submitting (when I tried to test the form).
Please advise.

We apologize for the inconvenience. There was an issue with HIPAA accounts but the issue should be fixed now.

Is the issue still persists on your end? Or are you referring to the missing one submission now?
Please clarify so we can assist you better. If you're now referring to the missing one submission, unfortunately, we cannot open your submission page because of HIPAA compliance to investigate it further. Could you please check it again and let us know if the issue still persists?
