504 error on submissions

    i am getting a 5504 error the request could not be satisfied on my forms today.

    I have attached the error

    note: this is a hipaa account

    Thank you for contacting Jotform Support. We do apologize for the inconvenience that you are experiencing.

    I have checked your account and it seems that everything is in good standing. I did notice that you currently have many active forms and I am not aware of which is causing the issue. Can you kindly share the URLs of the forms that are producing this error?

    Also, can you share details of how this error occurs? Is it after a submission is made or does it occur in the middle of filling out a form?

    Once we have more information, we will troubleshoot your forms and try to replicate the problem. If an internal issue is found, we will certainly escalate the problem to our development team for further review.
