HIPAA FORMS NOT LOADING

    When I try to access my submissions (28,000+) using the submissions tab, I keep getting a message that says Temporarily Back End Unavailable. however, this is only the case with that form...all my other forms open up submissions just fine.

    The submissions tab is the only way I can access my submissions because the INBOX doesn't show more than 15,000 submissions at any time.

    These are for COVID vaccines, so we need access asap! Please advise how to access my submissions tab in a timely manner, thank you.

    We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. We had an unexpected and extraordinary load that caused the issue. Our backend team has already fixed the issue and the forms should be working fine. Please check again and let us know if you still notice any further issue. We will be happy to take a look again.

    Still not working. this is for COVID vaccines and it is imperative I get access to these files immediately.


    I've tried different browsers, I've tried clearing cache and browsing history, nothing is working. I need help now. Can someone call me? 636-287-2830
