unable to access HIPAA forms

    Hello, we are having this issue as well. Not only myself, but also my clients are unable to access our forms. Earlier in the day I was able to get into some of my forms, but not all.

    Can you please try clearing your browser's cache and view the form again?

    If the issue persists, kindly share a screenshot of the error and may we know the web browser you're using.

    We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. We had an unexpected and extraordinary load that caused the issue.
