    How to get a JotForm letter that is disabled?


    I have recently received a job offer from someone. He used JotForm for the offer. I accepted the offer, but failed to print the letter of the offer. I would like a copy of the letter for my reference. Below is the information from the email that I received for the offer. Please advise me how to get this letter. I can be reached by email melttastet@yahoo.com or phone/text at 337-418-0475. Thank you for your assistance it is greatly appreciated.
