Report builder for form used on different days

Hello.....

I just finally found report builder and it is exactly what I'm looking for with my feedback forms I use on Jotform. You can look in my file and see "Emotional Intelligence Feedback Form". However I have been using the same form for all my trainings on different days. Is there anyway I can create a report for the separate dates? Is there a way to select dates when using the forms? Or do I need to create a separate form for each training and then archive it? I also know that it is time fir me to upgrade and use more that 5 forms. :)

It seems that in your screenshot you are sharing the form's Inbox page. If you are looking to build reports on your forms, you will need to access the Report Builder page. With the report builder, you will be able to create tables, graphs, and other visual representations of your form data. This also includes the date field in your form.

Additionally, if you need to build reports based on filtered submissions (i.e. by date, name, etc.) you can do that as well. Here is another very helpful user guide - How-to-use-visual-report-filters
