Embedded form: Use WordPress login data to prepopulate fields in form

I want to have them log in to a page and then use the jotform form.

The issue is that I do not want them to have to login every time.

Right now, using the wordpress log in, they can save an icon to the phone and click it (like an app) so everything works great EXCEPT that the jotform is not logged into the wordpress account.

We have USERS in Wordpress and need to connect those users to the order form.

Is there a way to connect a wordpress username and password with jotform and stay logged in?

    Hi,

You can embed your form in your WordPress site so that your respondents can access the form without logging in to Jotform. See guide below to know how.

    Guide: Embed-jotform-in-wordpress-using-the-embed-form-plugin

Should you have further inquiries, kindly let us know.

    Thank you.

    Hi Cecile!

I know how and have already embedded a jotform form in my site.

My question is how do I link to the USERS in wordpress when using an embedded Jotform page?

Right now people fill out the form, but they are not registered as a USER in jotform.

I do NOT WANT them to have to add their enmail address everytime - so I want them to Log into the form and stay logged in.

    Does that make sense?

If you mean you want to pre-populate embedded form's fields such as the email field with the data of Wordpress logged in user, there is no built-in feature to achieve this.

But you may want to take a look at the following ticket where my colleague provided a workaround that you can try as well on your end: How-to-populate-embedded-form-field-with-the-data-of-current-logged-in-wordpress-user.

Let us know if you need further assistance.

    Thank you.
