How to change the form's page title?

All I want to do is save the the title and I cannot get it to save. I just want the title to say:

Color Street On-Demand Nail Bar! 

Can you help me with this? Any why is it not saving correctly?

I love using JotForm! It is the easiest form to understand and use. Just not sure why the title won't save. I have an attached a photo of what it shows up as. Kinda frustrating.

I assume that you are referring to the form's title in the browser tab:

If so, you can change it in the form's settings as shown below:
