Decryption Fail - Back-end unavailable

    1.We are now able to get in to our Jot Form, but the files will not decrypt and we are getting a fail. Which for us means that we can not see any of the forms that are essential to our appointments.

    2.Could you please explain the service issue with our "Back End unavailable" and when you will expect that to be resolved?

    We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We recently had an extraordinary load in our HIPAA servers but is now fixed as confirmed by our backend team.

    Please do check your forms again and let us know if the issue persists.

    Also, I see your account is locked out due to multiple failed login attempts so I reactivated it for you.
