HIPAA Account: Temporarily back-end unavailable error.

    Hi, we are using your forms and we keep getting an error message and it has been like this since last week. How can we fix this? We are paying for this and we can not even access the forms we require our patients to fill out. We can not run out day to day practice without being able to view these. We need a solution as soon as possible

    We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
    There was a temporary extraordinary load on the HIPAA server, and our backend team has now fixed the issue.
    Could you try accessing your forms again?
