    JotForm not submitting to Salesforce.com

Asked by BicycleColorado on November 06, 2013 at 04:56 PM

I am having trouble getting my electronic newsletter signup form to submit information to Salesforce. I believe the fields are mapped correctly. And it looks like Jotfrom works with checkboxes mapping to Salesforce checkboxes, right? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you in advance!

Yes, check box should work on Salesforce Integration. Just make sure the field type matched the same field type on your Salesforce form.

I've tried submitting a sample lead just now and I am able to view it on Salesforce after checking it under "Unread" lead section.

Would you please try to re-integrate your form? Kindly review if the field types are matched correctly.

Let us know if the problem still persist after that. Thanks!
