Account is deactivated for Phishing? Need back up asap

    I'm not sure what's going on, I own a web design company and all forms are down?

    Hello Mark, it seems the system suspended your forms due to a false positive alert of phishing, but after checking further, I've unsuspended it. Sorry for the inconveniences caused to you.

    It is still messed up, all the forms are not showing. I have to duplicate the form. What's going on?

    You could also search with the form name in your My Forms page this way:
