    Hello

    Please see "DVM" or "Lasting connections"

    Some of our forms are showing in reverse. The "!" is showing at the beginning. The ages are inverted and on the right side.

    This started occurring with the cell view only and was fine on laptop. Now it's incorrect on both.

    Any suggestions?

    Hello,

    I have checked the forms, and it seems that there were changes made on the form for each field, as I have verified it from the Revision History Tool. You can try to revert the form's changes to see if they will be reverted to the previous state or their original format.

    Kindly give it a try and please do get back to us if you need further assistance. Thank you.

    Hello
    FYI the DVM sheet was not touched or modified for some time and was
    impacted.
    I've not changed how I set these up but now am getting a different reaction.
    At this point I don't really care how this occurred but would love the
    ability to correct.
    Thanks

    Hello
    This link was not helpful. No changes made created this effect on all my
    forms.
    Please see the punctuation switched as well now.
    Please help.

    Thank you for trying it. My apologies.

    I have cloned your form, and it seems that the issue is with the default Theme applied to your form. To confirm, is it a converted PDF Fillable form? It could be that when the PDF form is converted to a Smart PDF form and adding elements to it (such as the images and videos), it somehow affects the form's layout.

    Please try to add these CSS codes to your form:

     .form-all {

      direction: ltr! important;

    }

    You can check the results here on my cloned form: https://form.jotform.com/210396519064962.

    Please do get back to us if you need further assistance.

    Hello
    FYI all these forms were correct until recently.
    Even forms that I haven't touched in months.
    Is there a setting that would have auto adjusted?
    Do I need to redo all these forms and resend Links and QR codes?

    May we have the list of the forms that were affected? It seems that I need to forward these to our backend team to investigate the issue further.

    In the meantime, please try to add the custom CSS codes to your forms while waiting for the fix. You don't have to redo the forms or resend the Links and QR codes. As soon as the CSS codes are added, the changes will apply or sync automatically to all the form links.

    However, if you have embedded the forms to a website using the source code, you would need to re-embed the form to update the changes.

    We will provide you with any updates via this ticket and as soon as we hear back from our developers.
