Form domains: How to add a new domain?

We are building another form and need to place it on another domain. How do we do so?

Can I confirm to which domain do you exactly want to place the form?
Please note that custom domains are only available for Enterprise users.
However, you can still change the URL of the form to edit the form link. For more details, please see our guide here:
How-to-create-a-custom-url-of-a-form

You can also embed the form to your website; this way no-one will see the link to the form as the form will appear directly on your page.
