All address fields on one line?

    I'm creating a form that will have one user enter multiple contacts all on the same form. I'd like to make the address fields appear all on one line. Is this possible?

    Also,

    is there a way to make each of these address entries into their one separate row on the submissions spreadsheet? Ultimately each of these contacts will need to be imported into an Outlook file to be used as contacts there

    Hi,

    In order to make the address in one line, You may simply delete the other inputs by clicking the inputs and press the delete icon in the form.
