Free account: Forms disabled when I only have 3 forms and 44 submissions

    I have your free form. I only have 3 form with total of 44 submissions and it showing me the error message:

    "You have currently reached the limits of your account.Your forms are disabled now.

    Upgrade your account today to continue using Jotform; receive submissions, collect payments from your users and have more upload space. Upgrading is quick and easy: "

    I don't want to upgrade right now times are hard with no business being conducted, so why i am getting this message when I am allowed 100 free messages.

    Hi there - The reason for the disabled forms is that you have reached the 100MB upload limit of the FREE plan. But no worries as you don't have to upgrade right now. You can simply do the following to free up some space on your acount.

    1. Download a copy of your submissions in your local machine. how-to-download-form-submissions-as-excel-csv-pdf
    2. Delete all or some of the submissions. how-to-delete-form-submission-data
    3. Purge them in the trash so it will no longer count from your account usage. how-to-restore-deleted-submissions-in-jotform-tables
