Why do I keep getting this error message???
"Failed to load PDF file.
Please try reuploading your PDF."

Hi,
May I ask you to try to upload the file following this guide, to see if it makes any difference?

Also, have you tried to upload a different file? Do you get the same error with any files, or is it a specific file that does not upload?
I would also suggest trying to clear your browser cache, and possibly try another browser.
