In response to your email below, could I cancel our subscription under that e-mail address? Somehow you got our spotify account (our music account). We need it to be under our smiles@youngquistkennedyortho.com account. I'm not sure how to go about this without cancelling.

I checked and your account smiles161 is free. When I checked your domain, I found the account ykorthospotify, which has a Silver yearly subscription. It seems that you are logging into the wrong account. The email address of the account ykorthospotify is yk**********fy@g***l.com
You can log in with the username or email address. If you forgot the password, you can reset it.
