Reset Password: Why can't I reset my account password?

I am to sure why, but my email and password are not working.

I have it preserved on my laptop and it said it was invalid.

So I tried to reset it about 12 times and I still have not received an email, even checked my junk mail.

Please help me get access to my account again.
