Former employee did a poor form implementation..

If the email address of the person filling out a form was not explicitly collected on the form, is there any other place to find that email address? I have several hundred forms that have no email address, and while they've got a name, we have no way to reach the person who filled out the form...

An email field is a must if you will be collecting email addresses. Sadly, I can only advise you to add any contact information field into your form now (e.g. phone, email) and move forward with the new submissions.
