Can a form be directed to a specific folder within our Sharepoint server?

Is it possible for a form that is submitted to be sent to a specific location? For instance, my field superintendent fills out a daily report I've created here on Jotforms. When he clicks or taps the submit button. Can that form then be directed to a specific folder within our Sharepoint server?

Unfortunately, we do not have a direct integration with Sharepoint. However, you may use Microsoft Flow to connect JotForm and Sharepoint, you can find JotForm on Microsoft Flow here: https://emea.flow.microsoft.com/en-us/connectors/shared_jotform/jotform/

Example:

After you have connected the form to Microsoft flow, you can now also connect to Sharepoint.
