Some Data Comes Through Incorrectly or Incompletely

When submitting our form "Find an Agent Onboarding - REA" (https://www.jotform.com/build/202928437553057) some of the fields seem to randomly be submitted empty (even though it's required) or with just one letter. The fields that are doing this include:

• "Brokerage Name"
• "Please Select the State You Operate In"
• The 50 conditional fields starting with "Which major metropolitan cities would you realistically accept a referral for in [US STATE]"
• The 50 conditional field starting with "Please select your focus cities in [US STATE]

I've checked your form but couldn't replicate the issue, I can see that there are several submissions having the same case with the fields that uses US State Picker widget, but I've checked the submission table history and found there was no edit done to these entries, as a double check I've cleared your form's cache, you can always perform this action from your side by following this guide, I'll suggest to track the new entries and report to us if this issue occurs again after the form's cache is cleared.
