Is there a way JotForm can save the inputted answers and allow the user to go back and answer the same questions?

Hi, I wanted to use JotForm as a Request form for a customizable headband. One product will have 4 different customizable options (size, style, button option, fabric option) the customer has to answer. Is there a way I could use JotForm similar to a "saved shopping cart" function where the person will chose all 4 options and create their custom headband and then it will save their data and allow them to create another headband and answer those 4 options again?

Unfortunately we do not have a shopping card field where the user can add products but with a little workaround, it is possible to achieve your requirement.

You can add multiple products in form and add all product options you have i.e. size, style, button option, fabric option. The user can select another product with another options. The following guide should help you how to add product options: https://www.jotform.com/help/225-how-to-add-options-to-payment-forms

Please note that you can also add sub-products based on product option as well and the following guide should help you: https://www.jotform.com/help/264-create-sub-products-based-on-a-product-option

    Hope this helps.

Do try it out and get back to us if you have any questions.
