As an aside, even though the PDF Builder allows custom naming convention, it does not work. I used [Form Name]_[Organization Name], but the PDFs only save with [Organization Name]. I had to manually type the name of the form "Application"and then add [Organization Name].

    Hi taressageorge

From my understanding, you are trying to change your PDF file name. Is that correct? Are you referring to the PDF file within Autoresponder/Notification, or are you referring to the PDF file within Drive?

If you are referring to the PDF file within Autoresponder/Notification, you may customize it from Layout Settings > CUSTOMIZE > PDF FILE NAME. I see that you have customized it.

If you are referring to the PDF file within Drive, you may customize it during your integration settings to Google Drive.

Let us know if these are not what you are referring to.

Thank you so much for explaining the difference. Although to be clear, when choosing the name for the Google Drive in the integration settings, it's actually letting you name the folder and sub-folder, not the actual PDF file. So, what happens in practice is, both the PDF and the subfolder end up having the same name. Unless I'm missing something else. :)
