Do you mean that you are downloading PDF forms? I tried to download a PDF Form from PDF Editor, and I could download it successfully.
I assume you were trying to download the forms from JotForm Tables. Please try to download from PDF Editor. You can download one or all submissions PDF from here.
If you are trying to download data in CSV or Excel, please share the screenshot of what happens when you try to download because we do not have access to your account data. The PDF form I downloaded was also empty. Only you can access your account data.
Please share the screenshot by following this guide because email attachments are not supported on our forum.

Good Morning,
This morning it seems to be working, but yes it was from where you screen shot, It just kept spinning most of the day until it finally locked me out. When it happens again I will screenshot it for you and post here.
