How to make 50% deposit at time of order? (Paypal)

I'm using your site for the first time and loving it. Very easy and beautiful results! I do have one quick question -

I'm looking to give people the option to pay the full amount up front, or opt for a 50% deposit at the time of order and then pay the remaining amount at the time of delivery. Is there a seamless way to do this?

To further clarified, would the remaining amount be collected manually? If that is the case, you may collect the deposit by adding a coupon code,
