Multi-page Form: Ability to set the same header for all pages

    When using this method for multiple pages I don't see an option to show the heading on each page.

    That would be useful as when you go to the next page it just starts with the next field.

    Even a different field type for subsequent pages (as to the first page heading)

    You can add a header on each page from form basic elements. You can check the screenshot below for instructions.

    Would rather have only one header that shows on each page, so if it needs editing I don't have to go and edit all of them.
