How do I make sure client get the link when partially completing a Jotform i.e. save and continue later it is defaulting to a business email

    Hi We have an issue with a Jotform we've created

    Clients are completing it partially however they are not getting the email with the link to continue it later.

    Where does the email pull from?

    How do we ensure this goes to the client as well as our busness.

    Please note that when the user clicks on the save button, it will capture the email address user input in form and send the continue forms later email to that email address. If there is no email field in form, the user can input the email field in the save and continue later box. Please check the screenshot below:

    The session URL you have shared appears to be blank as the form is already submitted. I would suggest you to please let us know the email address of the user who have not received save and continue later email, and we will take a look.
