Issue in connection with pipedrive

    I'm facing issue to conenct jotform to pipedrive. When I try each option (activity, deal, contact...) they all come with one field missing.

    I found a lot of similar issues but none of the solutions worked

    Can you help please?

    I did check your last edited form "Verify your details to arrange a business plan from our side" and found that you have mapped the "Deal Title" field with the "Company details ( Step 1 / 5)" field. Do you mean to say that when the form is submitted, the data of "Company details ( Step 1 / 5)" field is not being sent to pipedrive?

    It seems you have added "Multi-line" field for company details field. I would suggest you to please add a "Short Text" field for company details and then map it with "Deal Title" field of PipeDrive and see if that solves your problem. Please check the screenshot below:
