I have added upload button to form. Have put it live on the server. Uploads files ok, sends ok but dosent show any attachments on the sent email. Can you help me please?Page URL:

Upon checking your Email templates, you should see the attachment on you email. As it is properly configured on your settings.
What I would suggest is that you send an actual submission with attachement to it as I can see that the upload field is NOT a required field on your form and you might be receiving blank attachment because there is no uploaded files at all.
As you can see it is not a require field.
Upon cloning your form and testing it on my end, I was able to upload and receive the attachment via email.
Please let us know if problem persists so that we could further investigate.

We have a great news for you. It is now possible to send the file uploads as email attachments with the email notifications. Please give it a try and let us know if you have any feedback.
