how to add permission/disable access on upload video or file url globally.

Is there a way we can add a specific person to be able to access on uploaded video/files.

i dont want my upload video/file url link to be access publicly if they know the url.

Unfortunately no, it is currently not possible to disable privacy for any specific person. If you uncheck "Require log-in to view uploaded files." privacy from your account, anyone who has the file URL will be able to access the file.

If your account privacy setting requires log-in to view uploaded files, the uploaded files will only be accessible when you log-in to your JotForm account.
