    Based on the submission ID, that is the autoresponder email for the user's submission on February 6.

    Just to confirm, is this form still in use, https://www.jotform.com/form/202711724986460?

    It could be that the user's previous submission to this form is still in his mobile browser, as such, whenever he opens his browser, the page reloads and resubmits the form.

    I suggest you add a Captcha field to the form to avoid unwanted re-submissions.
