When i put an auto responder on any form the auto response goes straight to a junk box in any hotmail account is there anyway i can stop this from happening please.
after checking your email autoresponder, I can see that you have the default email@example.com Sender E-mail address configured this could be the cause why your autoresponder is marked as spam, could you try by using your custom sender email firstname.lastname@example.org or adding a new one by following this guide

The custom one doesn't seem to work either but when i send a email from the custom address it doesn't go in the junk.
Do you think this spam issue could be because of the Hotmail Junk Mail Filter is set to "Exclusive". When it is set to exclusive, you will only receive emails from the email address which is added as contact in your hotmail account and rest all the emails will be sent to junk folder.
In your hotmail account, have you already marked "email@example.com" as not junk? You can also add this email address as one of your contact.
