Unable to access account

    Hello, I recently changed my email address to my school assigned email address as per request for the education discount. Now when I try to log in it won't accept my password and I have no other way of changing my password since I tried the "Forgot my password option" but I haven't received any emails yet. Also I still haven't heard anything if I qualify for the education discount, and I really hope I do since the school I am working in is mostly working remotely and this has been a great help getting parents to sign authorizations, confirmations, etc.

    *Before I am told to do this, I have checked my Spam and Junk Email folders and haven't gotten anything there either.

    As for your educational discount application, I've checked our email and you have been approved already, I can see on your account's pricing page the discounted rate as well.

    The next thing we need now is for you to get into your account for you to enjoy the educational discount. Can you please try resetting your password using your username? let's see if that'll help. The email reset instruction should be emailed to the primary email on file.
